We have been pioneers in the adoption of SAP Solution Manager® at Novis, since its very first version, accumulating enough experience to provide our clients with integrated and useful models, especially for ITSM and ChaRM functionalities.

• ChaRM: Change Request Management

The ChaRM functionality provides the IT organization with a management model for functional changes, and other type of changes, running on SAP SolMan. With this solution the IT organization has clarity and transparency in the management and control of all changes.
