These distinctions endorse that Novis’ services are at the best level of world standards.
Here is a list of our certifications. You may see more details about them following the link at the beginning of each one, and the certificate at the end.

  SAP Certified in DevOPs : This certification guarantees that our procedure for the creation of automated processes follows the industry’s best practices, ensuring the service supported by them is more robust. It entailed the verification of all our operations processes by SAP Germany auditors, as well as the assessment of the project team’s knowledge in the required methodologies and tools. We are the first company to obtain the SAP DevOps certification, after it was released in the ramp-up with five European companies. (See certificate)

  SAP Certified Application Operations for SAP S/4 HANA: Certifies all processes related to the management of SAP S/4HANA solutions lifecycle, including maintenance, daily operation, and functional support. (See certificate)

  SAP Certified Application Operations for SAP Business Suite: Certifies all processes related to the management of SAP Business Suite lifecycle, for example, SAP ERP, including maintenance, daily operation, and functional support. (See certificate)

  SAP Certified Hosting Operations: Certifies our SAP applications operation and management processes, including SAP applications operation and technical maintenance. (See certificate)

  SAP Certified HANA Operations: Certifies that we have a qualified and certified staff for the operation of solutions based on SAP HANA, as well as adequate facilities, standards, and operation and support experience. (See certificate)

  SAP Certified Cloud and Infraestructure Operations: Certifies our capability to provide on-demand infrastructure services for SAP applications, in Novis’ private cloud or in public clouds. (See certificate)

Novis’ cloud services are delivered from the operation centers in Chile and Mexico, which have these certifications and are periodically audited by SAP.
