Recertified to deliver SAP support services (PCOE)

We have been certified since 2012 as SAP Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE) and recently we’ve been certified for the fourth consecutive time, which allows us to deliver Value Added Reseller (VAR) service and support for SAP Business All in One, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics and authorized SAP Database & Data Management, for a period extending until April 30, 2025.

SAP created the certification as part of its sales program and provides the first and second level of local technical support on SAP products, which ensures that all clients receive high-level support in a more expeditious manner.

SAP PCOE certification ensures that the partner has: quality standards, SAP system support processes, as well as tools and skills related to service delivery.

Freddy Solar, Cloud Processes Manager at Novis and who leads the recertification process points out that “the recertification process took several months and included an audit of our way of providing the service. It was carried out through reports analysis and semi-automatic services that measure key performance indicators, which allowed us to validate our internal technical support team’s permanent work, which constantly maintains the 3 pillars of VAR service (People, Processes, and Infrastructure), as well as the work developed by our VAR support staff and their interaction with SAP”.

According to the report sent by SAP: “This audit focuses on the consistency and performance of daily support and maintenance activities of the partner’s Center of Expertise, as well as the operability of its support infrastructure”.
