ENTI 2023: Novis rated best in managed datacenter or cloud services

Once again, this year, Novis occupies a prominent place in the results of the latest “National Study of Information Technology” (ENTI) of CETIUC*, which consolidates the evaluations made by IT Managers (CIO) and their teams to the main companies in Chile.

This benchmark allows us to know which are the main suppliers of technological products and services in the national market, as well as the best evaluated, according to key criteria for making contracting decisions.

In the results delivered this year, Novis services were rated in four categories.

1. Managed datacenter and/or cloud infrastructure services.
2. Information technology consulting.
3. Implementation of business applications.
4. Development, testing and/or maintenance of applications.

As the following rankings show, Novis is one of the companies that received the most evaluations in each category and obtains an excellent result, leading the probability of recommendation among all companies that provide SAP services.

1. Managed datacenter or cloud infrastructure services

In this category Novis leads since 2019 in all variables, which, ordered according to importance for those who participated in the study, are as follows:

1. Contract cost.
2. SLA compliance.
3. Technical competencies of the supplier and professionals.
4. Experience of the professionals.
5. Capacity for continuous improvement.
6. Technical certifications and technologies of the supplier.

2. Information technology consulting

This category is quite broad and more than 20 suppliers with different types of services were measured. Novis was one of the most evaluated (16 evaluations) and was one of the best positioned, especially among companies that provide SAP services.

The following is the result of: Likelihood of recommendation and Compliance with deadlines.

3. Implementation and integration of business applications.

In this category, companies indicated that the most critical variable is Investment/Cost, and the following chart shows the historical performance of Novis, maintaining its historical leadership.

4. Application development, testing and maintenance.

In this category, the Investment/Cost variable is once again the most important variable for those who participated in the study. Novis was very well evaluated.
