Every year, the National IT Study (ENTI) conducted by CETIUC becomes an essential benchmark for decision-makers selecting critical IT service providers.
The IT Provider Evaluation Benchmark, carried out annually, enables CIOs to:
- Identify which providers are best rated by their peers and other IT leaders.
- Understand which variables or factors influence service contracting decisions.
From the 2025 edition, we highlight one category that defines operational continuity:
Managed Infrastructure Services for Datacenter and/or Cloud.
In the latest edition of the study, 178 evaluations were submitted.
As demand grows for resilient environments —whether on-premise, hybrid, or fully cloud-based— CIOs paid particular attention to two key variables: contract cost and SLA compliance. These factors are essential, as they ensure companies receive high-quality services at fair costs and with agreed service levels.
The following chart illustrates the cross-section between these two variables, placing Novis firmly in the “High Value / High Performance” quadrant — for the third consecutive year, a clear demonstration of consistent delivery.

We detail below the results of other variables evaluated:
