ENTI 2026: The highest-rated IT partners evaluated by CIOs

Managed cloud services
← Back to blog

Every year, the National Study on Information Technology (ENTI, by its Spanish acronym) produced by CETIUC provides Chilean CIOs with an impartial benchmark for selecting critical IT service providers. The annual IT Provider Evaluation Benchmark enables a CIO to:

  • Identify which vendors receive the highest ratings from both fellow CIOs and other IT decision-makers.
  • Understand which variables carry the most weight when procuring each type of service.
  • Compare vendors based on the criteria that shape procurement decisions.

In its 2026 edition, ENTI evaluates seven categories of IT services, grouping several into two overarching families that share common evaluation criteria:

  • Managed Services (Datacenter and/or Cloud Infrastructure, End-User Managed Services, etc.): The most heavily weighted variables for CIOs and their teams are Contract Cost (24.69%) and SLA Compliance (20.59%).

  • Project-Oriented Services (IT Consulting, Software Development, Testing & Maintenance, and Business Application Implementation): Investment/Cost (23.27%) and Goal Achievement (22.76%) carry the greatest weight.

Below, we review each category, highlighting the key evaluation criteria and where participating vendors stand.

1. Managed Datacenter and/or Cloud Infrastructure Services

In Services, evaluators placed the greatest weight on Contract Cost (24.69% importance) and on Service Level Compliance (20.59%). This category's benchmark draws on 139 evaluations. The following quadrant plots Contract Cost against the Technical Variables Index, an indicator that combines the provider's technical quality and that of its team.

Novis sits on the right side of the chart, with the highest Technical Variables Index in the category, and above the median in cost competitiveness. In other words, among managed infrastructure providers, it gets the highest technical rating without giving up price competitiveness. The result carries forward the leadership Novis showed in ENTI 2025 in this same category.

On Net Promoter Score (N=37), Novis and GUX Technologies lead with 100; followed by Google (83.3) and GTD Telsur (77.8).

2. Business Application Implementation

In Projects, the most highly valued variables were Investment/Cost (23.27%) and Objective Compliance (22.76%). The benchmark draws on 40 evaluations. Here is the quadrant plotting both variables.

The size of the circle represents the number of evaluations received.
Novis sits in the top-right quadrant, the best-performing one: high objective compliance and high investment competitiveness relative to cost. That's the zone where a CIO finds providers that deliver on their commitments at a reasonable cost.

On Net Promoter Score (N=41), Azurian and GUX Technologies lead with 100 and Novis ranks third, with 80.

3. Application Development, Testing, and Maintenance

The benchmark draws on 41 evaluations. Since this is a Service, the highest-weighted variables are once again Investment/Cost (23.27%) and Objective Compliance (22.76%). And here's the chart showing both:

Novis appears again in the top-right quadrant, with objective compliance in the “very good” range and competitive investment/cost. The pattern repeats from the previous category, reinforcing the consistency of the service delivered.

On Net Promoter Score (N=41), Novis gets the highest score in the category, 100, followed by GUX Technologies (90.9).

4. IT Consulting

This is the broadest category in the study, with 80 evaluations and more than twenty providers of different types. The most highly valued variables were Investment/Cost (23.27%) and Objective Compliance (22.76%). And here's the chart plotting both:

In such a competitive field, Novis is the company with the most evaluations and one of the providers with the best objective compliance among those that are also competitive on Investment/Cost. Standing out on compliance within the category with the most participants is a strong signal for a contracting committee.

On Net Promoter Score, Novis shares first place, with a score of 100, along with Vision One and Netprovider. Novis received 17 evaluations, while Netprovider received 5 and Vision One 4.

5. Managed End User Services

Evaluators prioritized Contract Cost (24.69%) and Service Level Compliance (20.59%). The benchmark draws on 27 evaluations.

Novis leads the category on service level compliance and stays competitive on cost. It's a result that complements its performance in infrastructure, applications, and consulting.

On Net Promoter Score (N=27), Novis leads with 100, ahead of Softtek (60) and Vector (33.3).

Conclusions

The 2026 edition of ENTI confirms a coverage that no other provider matches: of the seven categories the study evaluates, Novis is the top-rated SAP service provider. It's the only provider present in five —the ones covering the full cycle of a critical platform— and it ranked best in all of them: implementation, infrastructure, development and maintenance, consulting, and end-user services. Add to that its clients' recommendations: Novis hits the maximum Net Promoter Score (100) in four of those five categories.

This performance isn't new. The company has been rated highly year after year; see: the 2024 article and the  2025 article.

Having a single provider responsible for cloud services, SAP solutions, and operations, under a single contract, reduces coordination between vendors and the risk of handoffs. The study's results show that this integration coexists with technical quality and cost competitiveness, the two variables CIOs rate as most decisive.

These results commit us to upholding the standard our clients already recognize. If you're evaluating partners for managed cloud services, SAP solutions, or IT consulting, CETIUC's ENTI 2026 backs Novis as the market's top-rated provider.
